i. Qualified availees- members who are gainfully employed and GSIS/SSS pensioners (with payroll ATM account/card);

ii. Php100.00 Service Fee deductible from loan proceeds;

iii. Maximum loanable amount js computed at 80% of the amount of upcoming Bonus, i-e. Mid-Year and Year-end but not exceeding Php10,000.00;

iv. lnterest rate of 2.0% per month deductible in advance from the loan proceeds;

v. loan repayment upon the release of the upcoming Bonus;

vi. Disbursement voucher is subject to pre-audit and approval by the

Chairperson;

vii. No co-maker requirementl

viii. Requirements: 1) filled CA loan application form, and 2) copy of latest monthly pay slip to serve as basis in computing the maximum loan amount;

ix. Renewable of loan shall only be-upon full-payment of existing CA loan.
